CrossFit RWOL has a focused mission that shapes the entire community in which it revolves. That mission is “Restoring Wholeness of Life – one breath, one step, one day at a time.” This will encompass all facets of life starting with the physical, then move through the emotional, mental, financial, relational, and finally ending with the spiritual. CrossFit RWOL believes that a person can experience life to the full as it was intended by addressing all of these areas and thinking differently about one’s existence.

Roses are Red, Then They’re Dead – Part 3 Rose are red Then they’re dead Especially when freezing temps and snow Show up in spring instead It’s Ash Wednesday and today starts a 7-week journey of discovering what is missing in your life and how Jesus can fill it up. Once upon a time, we had a beautiful, bright yellow rose preserved inside a glass globe filled with some kind of water. WODs for LOVE – SURPRISE LAST CHANCE
With the snow, we had to push back our start one week, so you have another opportunity to get in on this 6-week Marriage Enrichment course. Each Sunday from 4-530 pm. $229/couple (nonmember), $149/couple (member). Celebration banquet TBD.
Little Miss Ruby Vallera is HERE!!! Laura (and Nick) Vallera have welcomed home their new baby girl and we want to bless them. The desk in the front room will be setup to receive diapers and wipes for the next few weeks (until the end of this month).
CrossFit’s annual worldwide competition kicks off next month on March 11. We will be participating in this through our Friday Night Lights events. We’ll have teams and themes and commemorate each week with the workout prescribed from CrossFit and a bit of a party. This year the Open is 3 weeks so we will conclude March 26 with a food truck and hangout after the final heat of the night. Cost is $35 to participate in the Open festivities at the WOL. You will get a shirt and be part of the team comp. In addition, you can register through CrossFit.com and pay $20 to be ranked worldwide and see your standings against everyone around the globe. That is completely optional as it holds no bearings for participating in our own Intramural Open.
April 24. Mark your calendars and make plans now. We’re hosting again and we will need volunteers. It’s a 3-person, same sex, intermediate and scaled competition. We set the standard in September and we will raise the bar another notch with this one.
May 8. We may be dumb, but two weeks after Festivus Games, we’re partnering with MHS Strength & Conditioning Program and hosting an all day fundraiser event. There will be a kids’ comp in the morning and then a 4-person, co-ed event for intermediate and scaled teams after lunch and through the evening. This will be HUGE and we’ll need all hands on deck! If you want to help, sponsor, or workout, let me know and stay tuned for more information!! Go to our FB page and share the event.
We now have an open gym option for you as an add-on to your current membership. Starting out there will be two days a week available. The cost will be $29/month putting your unlimited access during those times offered for less than $4/each. You will be able to drop into those sessions for $6/each without the add-on option. We hope to be adding more times in the future.
No-shows still result in a $15 fee.
