About Us

CrossFit RWOL has a focused mission that shapes the entire community in which it revolves. That mission is “Restoring Wholeness of Life – one breath, one step, one day at a time.” This will encompass all facets of life starting with the physical, then move through the emotional, mental, financial, relational, and finally ending with the spiritual. CrossFit RWOL believes that a person can experience life to the full as it was intended by addressing all of these areas and thinking differently about one’s existence.

LOOKING AHEAD

OPEN GYM

We now have an open gym option for you as an add-on to your current membership. Starting out there will be two days a week available. The cost will be $29/month putting your unlimited access during those times offered for less than $4/each. You will be able to drop into those sessions for $6/each without the add-on option. We hope to be adding more times in the future.

 

WODs for LOVE

6-week Marriage Enrichment course. Starting Sunday, February 14, 4-530 pm. $229/couple (non member), $149/couple (member). Weekly on Sundays for 6 weeks. Celebration banquet on Saturday March 27.

 

FESTIVUS GAMES

April 24. Mark your calendars and make plans now. We’re hosting again and we will need volunteers. It’s a 3-person, same sex, intermediate and scaled competition. We set the standard in September and we will raise the bar another notch with this one.

 

BRONCO BEATDOWN

May 8. We may be dumb, but two weeks after Festivus Games, we’re partnering with MHS Strength & Conditioning Program and hosting an all day fundraiser event. There will be a kids’ comp in the morning and then a 4-person, co-ed event for intermediate and scaled teams after lunch and through the evening. This will be HUGE and we’ll need all hands on deck! FIRST FRIDAY FAST

For the last few years the coaches and I have been participating in what we’ve called First Friday Fast. Every first Friday of the month we have made a sacrifice to seek God for the sake of RWOL and the lives of those involved. We long to see restoration of wholeness for all who enter and we recognize that we do not have it within us to create this on our own.

 

This year, we’re inviting you into this with us. Each FIRST FRIDAY of every month give something up and spend time in prayer, seeking God for something, anything, a better you, more peace, deeper faith, greater perspective, freedom from depression/anxiety/fear, healing from past wounds, restoration of brokenness in relationships, someone at the WOL, family or friends. It doesn’t matter the what – but when the body is denied the soul gets fed and things change.

 

RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS

No-shows still result in a $15 fee.
