WHAT IS IT?
This challenge consists of running 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours. It totals 48 miles.
This is the ultimate mental & physical challenge. We're talking major soreness, sleep deprivation, doubts, and dedication.
But more than that, we're talking major transformation and a sense of accomplishment.
If you need a challenge, this is it. Over the 48 mile journey, you'll have LOTS of time to think- about your goals, about your life choices, about your trials, and about your celebrations.

CrossFit RWOL will be hosting the 4x4x48 Challenge April 11-13, 2025.
Full schedule & running routes will be released closer to the date!
Wan to participate? You can embark on the whole 48 mile journey, or hop in for one (or a few) of our 4 mile routes.

FAQ'S
1} What if I can't run, or have bad knees?
You can walk or ride a bike if you prefer. This challenge is for YOU, and can be modified if needed!

2) Can I participate, but not do the whole 48 miles?
Definitely! Feel free to set a goal for yourself, and join us! Whether it be half the distance, a few runs, or a four mile section, you're welcome to be a part of it!

3) Can kids attend? We have a few teenagers already signed up for the full challenge. Younger kids are welcome to tag along and walk for part of the distance. You can even push a stroller if you'd like.
4) Where are we running at? 12 different running routes will be posted later. We will be running routes in Mustang, Yukon, and possibly Tuttle.
5) Do I have to stay with the group? Most of the group will stay together, but you are welcome to run on your own route or by yourself if you'd like! There are times, especially through the middle of the night when you'll be sleep deprived, when you'd rather run in your own neighborhood and go straight back to bed.
6) Do I have to be a member at CrossFit RWOL to participate?
Nope! This challenge is open to anyone who wants to take it on!
